image optimization service, where the files will be resized, compressed, optimized and converted
if needed. WebP images will be served automatically if the visitor's browser supports them.

The Sail monitoring service will perform a request to your website every minute, to determine
its state. If the site is down or too slow to respond, the monitor will alert any configured
contacts by e-mail or SMS.
Additionally, a periodic health-check will run against your server to determine the neeed for
updates (core, themes, plugin, server packages), disk usage and other things.
